Ingrid grew up in Burnaby, BC playing and coaching volleyball and continues to play in adult indoor and grass leagues. Ingrid previously served as the Secretary and Club Administrator of Action Volleyball Club for over 10 years. Outside of volleyball, she likes to camp and hike with her daughter, husband and duck toller Finnley.
